3CON GROUP CONTROLLER (M/F/D)

Your field of activity

• Further development of the financial structures of 3CON’s country subsidiaries in the USA, Mexico, and China, as well as at the 3CON Group level.
• Coordination, preparation, analysis, and commentary on monthly and annual financial statements.
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and special projects for the 3CON management team.
• Further automation of closing processes across the various subsidiaries.
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations at the country level.
• Acting as a sparring partner for the managing directors and finance leaders of the 3CON subsidiaries.
• Support for liquidity management of the 3CON Group.
• Operational support of the local finance teams in day-to-day activities.

Your profile

• Completed higher education in business or economics (university, university of applied sciences, commercial high school, or equivalent).
• Experience in controlling within an industrial company.
• Accounting experience is an advantage.
• Excellent user skills in Excel.
• Experience in auditing and with SAP; knowledge of HGB/UGB/IFRS is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and intercultural competence.

REMUNERATION: Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on qualifications and experience, a higher salary may be offered.
